Welcome to Live Oak Coaching! I'm grateful that we can be on this journey together. I look forward to helping you achieve your financial goals. To ensure we get off on the right foot, please review the following information:
Scheduling Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call, email, or visit my website: https://www.liveoakcoaching.com/. Appointments can be in-person, via video call, or over the phone. Your time is valuable to me and I appreciate the opportunity to work with you in our scheduled appointment time slot. You will be asked to review and fill out some paperwork before the first session and periodically, depending on your specific needs. To make most of our time together, please complete these items to the best of your ability prior to the scheduled appointment(s). If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please provide me with at least a 24-hour notice.
Your Participation
Your time is important to me. To ensure you get the most out of our time together, please remove all distractions from the area. If you are married, your spouse is required to attend. If your spouse is unable to attend at the time specified, we will reschedule. For the best outcome of your customized plan, I need you to come prepared to each session and be ready to take responsibility to implement the plan we discuss and to reach out if you desire additional advice.
My Commitment to You
I promise to come prepared to discuss your unique situation for each session. I promise to focus on you during our time scheduled by removing any form of distraction in my work-space. I promise to give advise specific to you and your situation. You are my priority.
Confidentiality Commitment to You
I understand how personal finances are to you. Rest assured, I use many privacy practices to ensure your information stays safe. I will keep completely confidential all matters discussed and shared between you and I. I will reveal such matteres only where legally required or upon written authorization from you with clear, verifiable instructions of what can be revealed.
Refund Policy
Since coaching is a "fee-for-time" service, I'm unable to offer refunds. I am committed to helping you receive the effort level you dedicate to this process.
